India’s startup ecosystem: workplace culture and HR practices, governance and more

Posted on 21 Mar 2017 in Blog | Comments Off on India’s startup ecosystem: workplace culture and HR practices, governance and more

Startups are paying the cost to educate Indian consumers and building infrastructure – eCommerce/ride sharing/call a doctor  are all the examples of it.

Startups are bringing huge transperancy and spending on gaining trust on almost all services – food delivery,  remember nukkad ka taxi wala vs Ola/ Uber, price comparison on ixigo vs talking to every travel agent, ability to track every transaction to find out who traveled where via MMT etc and many more.

Some companies will do it better than others and they will win. If the overall objectives are clear and people involved are ethical (both startup founders and the VCs0, everything is moving towards a much brighter tomorrow vs what we have today + its inspiring for others who will join this India to create a better future.

We just need more success stories.
